Pre-Register for the Carnival and purchase your wristband before September
22nd! Wristbands will be sent home before the event.
COST: $10/child--Not to exceed $30/family

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Please e-mail Martha Hicks or Arianne Martinez if you would like to volunteer at
the carnival or you can return the form below to school in an envelope marked
“Carnival.”
