About The Event
The Green Trails Community will have a memorable time at this fun, active, outdoor event. As always, we will need lots of moms, dads and caregivers to help carry on this great tradition!
The games are scheduled to begin at 11:45am for all students. We will be finished by 2:15 PM. Parent volunteers are asked to check in at 11:15 AM at the picnic tables in the back of the school. All students need to bring a sack lunch, hat, sunscreen, water bottle, and wear tennis shoes that day.
We need at least 75 parent volunteers to make this a successful event at Green Trails! Volunteers will help run one game with other parents before a short break and a second game after the break. We will do our best to make sure your child(ren) come through your game at least once during the day.
We also need a few items from the Green Trails community to help make our day a success. I will confirm with you before the games if you need to bring that day. Please note if you will be able to provide any of the following:
- Wagon to move coolers
- Regular pool noodles (20-25)
- Big sponges (6)
